Kenyan Legislator Babu Owino has blasted President Museveni following Bobi Wine arrest on Monday.

Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine and his People Power leaders had organised their first consultative meeting in Gayaza, Wakiso district in preparation for 2021 general elections.

However, the meeting was blocked by police on allegations that the legislator did not meet some of the requirements in the public order management act.

Bobi wine and other leaders in the pressure group were arrested by police and taken to Nagalama police cell however they were later released on Monday night.

Bobi Wine arrest and the blocking of the meeting was highly condemned by a number of political activists including Kenyan Member of Parliament Babu Ownino.

“The lethargic dictator has arrested Bobi Wine again. Museveni is alive just because killing is immoral and illegal. Anyway, because of your age, you will soon be past tense”, Babu said.

Bobi Wine was arrested by Uganda Police Force as he kickstarted his political consultations in Gayaza.
