Med Kaggwa, the chairperson of the Uganda Human Rights Commission has died.
He died after collapsing in his car as he was on his way to work on Wednesday morning.
According to the source he collapsed near Mulago a Kampala suburb.
He was immediately rushed to Case Hospital where doctors tried to save his life but all the efforts were futile.
