Ever since Rema introduced the love of her life to her parents over the weekend, Singer Eddy Kenzo has been ranting on social media and is not about to stop because of the reasons Ug Mirror has unearthed.
It should be understood that over the weekend, Kenzo’s Ex, Rema Namakula introduced Dr Hamza Ssebunya to her parents as the man she has chosen from the many that were chasing her bearded meat.
While at the event in Nabbingo Wakiso district, the Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata Batte used the opportunity to condemn the boys that waste precious time of women by taking long to legalize their marriages; he described them as Ba Ssemyekozo.
Sheikh Muzaata also said that Ba Ssemyekozo should go and marry their mothers if they think they are the best women on earth.
He also added that Ba Ssemyekozo put on earrings and dress like and behave like homosexuals.
These words never went down well with Kenzo; he took it personal and demanded and apology from Sheikh Muzaata.
Kenzo said that he is very straight and that is why he has kids.
Our sources have now revealed that this verbal war that is going on is a blessing in disguise for the Sitya Loss singer.
Sources say that Eddy Kenzo is prolonging this war to get sympathy from human rights activists hence having a strong reason to achieve his dream of getting a US Citizenship.
They further intimated that more insults of Kenzo behaving like a gay person, will portray a picture that Uganda is not a safe place for people who even dress and behave like that hence strong ground for him getting the US Citizenship.
An insider intimated to us that Kenzo tried to secure US citizenship but had no valid reason to start processing the same.
Currently Kenzo is enjoying a long stay in the US because of his 3-year work Visa which he secured earlier this year.
But he feels he is not contented and wants to be like his counterparts from West Africa; Wiz Kid, Davido, 2face and others who have duo citizenship with mansions in the USA.
A source intimated to us that Kenzo’s strategy appears to be working for him since recently Muzaata went ahead and unleashed another shocking revelation when Kenzo insisted that he will not perform in Uganda until Sheikh Muzaata withdraws his humiliating ‘Earrings’ statement.
It should be remembered that Kenzo lost his cool in 2014, and thumped a radio journalist, Isaac Katende aka Kasuku at a press conference he had organized for his concert for asking him on allegations of being gay.
