Superstar Davido To Rock End Of Year Party At Pearl Of Africa Hotel

Nigerian crooner David Adedeji Adeleke aka Davido is expected in the country at the end of this month to perform in what many say will be the 2018 party of the year.

According to sources, the FIA singer will headline the B-Club Kampala VVIP pool party set to be held on 30th of this month.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Davido relocated to Lagos at a young age from where he rose through the music ranks to now become one of Africa’s most sought after.

It will be the second time the Assurance hit maker wows Kampala’s party animals with his hits that have seen him win a number of awards and establish the tycoon’s son in the music industry.

Pearl of Africa Hotel is increasingly gaining popularity as a destination for many hosting parties from weddings, bridal to baby showers.

The plush Hotel is owned by magnate Mohammed Hamid aka Chairman Aya, who has thrice been ranked as the richest men in Africa by Forbes.

Pearl of Africa Hotel, an iconic landmark, situated on one of Kampala’s original Seven Hills, is one of city’s few hotels, offering world class hospitality to international and local visitors.

It features 296 rooms, 42 suites, two tennis courts, two squash courts, two basketball courts, two bars, 6 swimming pools, 740-square meter ball room, 9 meeting rooms, 2 boardrooms, business hub, two indoor the first of its kind in Uganda, wellness center and world class Spa, breathtaking panoramic views, refined service and a rich cultural experience that awaits the guests from around the globe.

The rooms feature contemporary wooden furnishing, polished marble flooring, beautiful French artworks, splendid murals among others. Each of the 296 rooms and 42 suites showcase a unique set of elegance and class with some of the rooms having large windows that overlook the entire city center.

The hotel is also prominent for its iconic fireworks display on New Years day which have since become the defining landmark of the various illuminations in the city on that day. A lot is being planned for this year’s end.
