Makindye West MP Hon Allan Ssewanyana has revealed that Mityana Municipality MP Hon Zaake Francis is admitted at Lubaga Hospital.
Ssewanyana believes that Zaake was dumped at the hospital gate this morning by suspected security operatives.
“We have managed to see Hon Zaake and we found him today early morning and we suspect the Army dumped him at Lubaga hospital,” said Ssewanyana before adding that; “He is currently receiving treatment but he can’t talk, eat, drink, stand, see and in terrible shape.”
“I ask Ugandans to continue praying for him.”
This website understands that Hon Zaake was arrested by security operatives in Arua on Monday.
It is believed to have been brutally beaten while in detention.
It is worth noting that during the age limit debate, Hon Zaake was punched by Gen Katumba Wamala and he became unconscious.
He was later taken to an American hospital where he received treatment.
