Jack Pemba Flees Country over Debts

Kampala socialite and self-proclaimed Tycoon, Jack Pemba who is also known for having a tinny Penis has again gone into hiding after failing to pay a debt worth $300,000.

Our sources have revealed that Pemba is hiding somewhere in Tanzania.

“Jack Pemba is on the run and hiding somewhere in Tanzania, he has a pending arrest warrant issued by court after his fraud case filed by Kirumira,” Reveals the source.

“Whereas Godfrey Kirumira the plaintiff/Applicant in the above suit claims the sum of $300,000 (United States Dollars three hundred thousand) and has proved to the satisfaction of court that there is a probable cause for believing that the respondent/ defendant Jack Pemba is about to leave Uganda and upon his nonappearance before his honourable court after having been dully served with a notice to show cause why he should not furnish security for his appearance,” reads the warrant of Arrest from high court, commercial division issued in April.

“These are to command you to arrest the respondent/defendant unless the respondent/defendant shall deposit the sum of $300,000 (United States Dollars three hundred thousand) with court or furnish some other sufficient security to satisfy the plaintiff’s/ Applicant’s claim and or to guarantee his appearance and to bring the said respondent/defendant Jack Pemba to this honourable court with all continent speed.”

“You are further commanded to return the warrant on or before 27th day of April 2018 at 9:00am, with an endorsement certifying the day when and the manner it has been executed or the reason to why it has not been executed.”

This website understands that when the deadline passed, Pemba didn’t pay the required money and that is why he is on the run.

Pemba opines that he can’t give Kirumira any coin because the latter has been driving the impounded car hence making the lose value.

Pemba says the cars were supposed to be parked in safe custody but Kirumira unfortunately drove his cars and also gave them to his children to drive.

“They depreciated in value, and that really annoyed me,” Pemba said.

The cars included a Range Rover with customized license plates ONLY 1 JP, valued at $140,000 (about Shs513m), a brand new 2017 Land cruiser ZX 2017 model license plate “MR PEMBA” which Pemba had spent $175,000 (about Shs642m) and a Hummer H3 valued at $35,000 (about Shs128m).
