Kampala is set for an unforgettable night of music, energy, and cultural fusion as South African rap heavyweight Nasty C brings his highly anticipated Ivyson Tour to Uganda on November 7, 2025.
The concert, slated for Motiv in Bugolobi, will serve as the grand finale of the 2nd Aumex Conference, Uganda’s premier music business convention, hosted by Talent Africa Group in partnership with Aumex.
But this isn’t just another gig. The Ivyson Kampala Tour marks the climax of a three-day creative exchange running from November 6 to 8, designed to uplift and empower artists, producers, and other music industry professionals. The conference will blend masterclasses, networking sessions, and live showcases, giving Ugandan creatives direct access to global music networks and opportunities.
Speaking about his excitement for the Kampala stop, Nasty C said:
“Every time I announce a tour, fans flood the comments asking for their city to be included. This time, I wanted to give everyone a shot. Kampala fans made the call, now we’re unlocking it!”
The Aumex Conference will attract industry giants from Mavin Records, Warner Music Group, Virgin Music, and other global labels. Attendees can look forward to insightful panels, label meet-ups, publishing sessions, and live performances showcasing Uganda’s top rising stars — all leading to Nasty C’s high-energy headline show.
A highlight of the event will be the Women in Music Brunch and Panel, celebrating female leadership and inclusion in the entertainment industry, in line with Aumex’s commitment to diversity and empowerment.
Uganda’s inclusion in the fan-powered Ivyson Tour initiative, run by TOORLY, adds another exciting layer. Kampala fans have already advanced to Round 3, where a minimum of 200 pre-ordered tickets will confirm the city’s slot on the official tour map. If the target isn’t met, all pledges will be fully refunded, but with Kampala’s vibrant music scene, that goal looks well within reach.
With the city’s thriving hip-hop and Afrobeats communities ready to show out, Nasty C’s Ivyson Tour stop promises to be one of the biggest music nights of the year, where ambition, culture, and rhythm collide under one electrifying roof.
