Sanjeev Mansotra believes that real progress comes when we grow the economy while also taking care of the environment. As the leader of Planet One Group, he shows that businesses can do well for society and the planet while also succeeding. For him, sustainability means looking after not just the environment, but also farming, nature, and people’s well-being.

Changing Farming for a Secure Future

In Africa, farming is essential for food security. But problems like climate change, wasting resources, and using old farming methods have held it back. Sanjeev Mansotra is addressing these problems by promoting new farming practices that are both efficient and sustainable. His approach is helping local farmers produce more food while also caring for the environment.

Supporting Environmentally Friendly Farming

Sanjeev has introduced a concept called the Farm Service Center, which encourages organic farming and reduces the use of harmful chemicals. By working with agricultural experts, he’s brought in techniques like crop rotation, natural pest control, and water-saving irrigation systems. These methods are helping the soil stay healthy and crops grow better, while also reducing the harm farming does to the environment.

He has also invested in training programs for local farmers, helping them learn sustainable farming practices and use modern technologies. These efforts not only help produce more but also make sure farming grows in a way that helps everyone and protects the environment.

Solving Food Security Challenges

Sanjeev Mansotra also works on food security by helping local farmers grow more food and rely less on imports. By providing access to high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and modern tools, he’s enabling small farmers to boost their crops. This helps ensure a steady food supply for local communities and makes them more resilient to issues like global supply chain disruptions.

Green Mining: Changing the Industry

Mining is another area where Sanjeev is making a difference. He’s showing that mining can be both environmentally friendly and profitable. Instead of damaging the environment, his mining operations focus on using green technologies and sustainable methods.

Reducing Environmental Harm

Sanjeev’s mining projects use renewable energy like solar and wind power to lower carbon emissions. He also ensures that his mining activities don’t harm local water sources by using responsible methods. This allows mining to take place while protecting nature.

Boosting Local Economies

Sanjeev’s mining projects don’t just help the environment—they also support local communities. By hiring local workers, providing skills training, and investing in infrastructure, he’s helping mining areas grow economically. This creates jobs, increases incomes, and strengthens the economy.

Making Green Business Profitable

Sanjeev Mansotra shows that businesses can be both good for the planet and profitable. His farming projects have opened markets for organic food, giving farmers extra income while meeting the demand for eco-friendly products. Similarly, his green mining operations have attracted investment from those who want to support environmentally friendly projects. This proves that sustainable practices can be profitable and beneficial for everyone involved.

A Philosophy That Inspires Others

For Sanjeev, sustainability is more than just a business strategy—it’s a way of life. His commitment to combining giving back to society with green practices has shown that development doesn’t have to harm the environment. He’s proving that business can thrive while making a positive impact on both people and the planet.
