VIDEO: Bobi Wine Decries Police Brutality As They Pepper Sprayed & Arrest His Supporter

The National Unity Platform President |Robert Kyagulanyi who is famously known as Bobi Wine has decried of police brutality after his supporters were arrested as they gathered at the party headquarters to pray for their fallen supporters.

“You can imagine this brutality! #WeAreNotFree!,” Bobi Wine captioned the video that he posted on X.

Today Police sealed off the party headquarters where prayers were to be held, and arrested party spokesperson, Joel Ssenyonyi, and Secretary-General, Lewis Rubongoya.

They were then transferred to Kira Road police station where they are currently being detained.

The pastors and bishops who had appeared to lead the prayers were also not spared as police swiftly arrested them.

“Bishop William Tomusange who had come to join us in prayer for the souls of our comrades whose lives the regime ended has also been arrested. He joins comrade Pastor Muwanguzi Andrew, and other leaders who were taken in earlier,” Bobi Wine said
