Joint security agencies have named the 10 prime suspects connected to the armed robberies in Mukono district that have left several people nursing injuries and others dead over the past three months.

Police Spokesperson, Fred Enanga named the suspects at a media briefing he addressed on behalf of the joint security agencies.

The suspects were net in ongoing operations. For the past months, Mukono residents especially those within the Municipality have been crying foul over thugs that have been raiding their shops, homes, and student hostels.

Recently, the Assistant Inspector General of Police and the Director of Operations in the Uganda Police Force, Edward Ochom, the Kampala Metropolitan police commander, Stephen Tanui, and Commandant of Tokora operations in UPDF, Col Fred Mwesigye issued shoot-to-kill orders against the robbers.
