National Unity Platform President and 2021 presidential election failure, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi who is famously known as Bobi Wine has called upon Ugandans to be vigilant after two bombs exploded in Kampala today morning.
“Friends, As we all try to understand the cause of the explosions in Kampala today, let’s all to look out for each other and be extremely vigilant.
Very sad that lives have been lost and many others are injured. We should stand strongly with each other in such a tough time,” reads the tweet from Bobi Wine.
Today morning, two bombs went off in the city centre
The first explosion happened at Kooki Towers opposite Central Police Station near Constitutional Square while the second one happened just next door along Parliamentary Avenue.
The twin attacks follow two blasts last month — a bus explosion near Kampala that wounded many people and a bombing at a roadside eatery in the capital that killed one woman.
