Lt Gen. Henry Tumukunde, the former security minister has informed the Electoral Commission of his intentions to consult Ugandans on his ambition to become Uganda’s president come 2021.
“BREAKING: Comrades, I have officially notified the Electoral Commission that I will be proceeding to carry out consultations across the country. Details to follow,” Gen Tumukunde posted on his Facebook Page.
