2 Mins read

Buganda road court has today morning dismissed the cyber harassment and offensive communication cases against Brian Isiko in which it is alleged that he sent love messages to Kabarole Woman Member of Parliament, Sylvia Rwabwogo.

Isiko, a YMCA student was dragged to court by the Kabarole legislator for tirelessly confessing his love for her. Isiko was also arrested in 2018 shortly after the legislator’s complaint was filed.

The YMCA student who has been undergoing trial for 2 years  has today been discharged by court after the MP refused to come for cross-examination.

“From 2018, the witness has never appeared in court yet the accused has been appearing. This shows that the witness is not interested in the matter. In the interest of justice, the case has been dismissed and the accused is set free unless charged with other offences. Bail money should be refunded,” Magistrate Stella Amabilisi ruled.

According to the records presented before the High Court, Isiko had first pleaded not guilty to the offences he was accused of until when MP Rwabwogo delivered a testimony, he suddenly admitted to having sent love messages to the yummy MP.

As the case progressed, Isiko said that he wanted the MP for a friend to help him boost his poultry business.

Below are the love messages that were sent to Rwabwogo;

“Good morning baby Angel. I can give my life for my country. But also, I can take a life for love. Even a thousand men and more, I would battle. I would fight for you.”

“Good morning Princess! Love is not reasonable, love just happens without any reason. We are born multiple times sometimes as husband and wife, sometimes as lovers and sometimes as strangers. But in the end, we definitely meet.”

“Give your life to me because my heart is yours. Sacrifice your pride for me because I can perish in your love. I love you little angel.”

“It’s like catching lightening, the chances of finding someone like you, and it’s one in a million.”

“Do you know why you blocked me from calling you? It’s because when the heart is talking to a heart, then the lips must remain quiet.”

“If I was blind then I would not have seen the most beautiful thing in the world. You! Not only have I buried your name on my body, but also in my heart, in my mind and in my soul.Now no one can stop me from loving you, not even you. Gdngt Angel Sylvia!”
