MPs Luttamaguzi And Betty Nambooze Awarded For Standing With The Oppressed

The  Nantional Coordinator of Uganda whistle blowers Association Musa Majoba  has managed to deliver two awards for two awards for the members of parliament  as an appreciation for standing with oppressed.

These legislators include, Betty  Bakireke Nambooze  of Mukono municipality and Paulson Luttamaguzi Ssemakula of Nakaseke South 

Nambooze  was given an award  of the most outstanding human rights activist in the year of 2019 while Luttamaguzi Semakula was awarded for the outstanding effort in exposing corruption in the year 2019.

Those awards where awarded to them by an American based association called Uganda whistle blowers Association under their CEO Mr Musa Majoba

Majoba congratulated the MPs for such tremeduous effort of representing the voiceless.

He noted that it’s the duty for every elected leader to fight for his people in the country. 

“I take this opportunity to congratulate them and to encourage them to put more efforts to condemn human trafficking plus corruption,” he said.
