The Nominees List for the 2019 Starqt Awards is out, Uganda Mirror reports.
The list has candidates in various categories of Entertainment, Fashion, Business, Beauty and many more.
While releasing the list, Stella Nankya the founder of Starqt Awards said that the awards are aimed at celebrating and recognizing people that have positively impacted on the society.
“Starqt Awards mission since 2014 is to Unite, Acknowledge, Recognize, celebrate and reward ground breakers that impact on their societies with drive that push others to better heights and achieve their goals,” said Stella before adding that;
“Everything we do is fueled by our passion for celebrating the power of unity, acknowledging whose actions and hard work have impacted on the Societies. As we set inspiration to the rest targeting development among all.”
The 6th annual Starqt awards is scheduled to take place on 26th October 2019 at the Edenvale City Hall in Johannesburg, South Africa Where performing artists like Saxophonist Kirya Kuti and songstress Sheebah Karungi are among the headlining acts.
