Kagadi police have arrested a man accused of killing his wife and their nine-months-old daughter:
The suspect Is Edward Sewante, a resident of Kyebisooha village in Kiryanga Sub County in Kagadi district.
He is accused of hacking his wife, Florence Kyaliisima and daughter, Rose Mary Mukadde to death for unknown reason on Tuesday last week.
The two bled to death resulting from the machete wounds.
Romeo Ojara, the Kagadi DPC told our reporter that Sewante was picked up on Monday evening from Kakindo Sub County in Kakumiro district where he was hiding. He was whisked to Kagadi central police station pending his court appearance for murder.
