Ainebyoona Arnold Mugisha, the proprietor of the Kololo based Hickory bar has been gunned down at Quality Supermarket in Namugongo, Kiira Municipality, Wakiso district.
Eye witnesses have revealed that Arnold was from the supermarket with trolley of items bought.
Upon loading the items into the car, he released the trolley, it moved controlled and hit another car.
It is revealed that it is at this time that the askari asked Arnold to first get out of his car and wait for the owner of the car that was hit by trolley to come and they settle the issue.
Eye witnesses further revelled that Arnold tried to take off and knocked the askaris leg.
At this moment, tempers flared and the back up askari opened fire on Arnold and cleared him out of action.
After the shooting, nearby people attacked the askari and thumped him to pulp.
