Treason Case against Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi and other 33 people has been adjourned to 10, January, 2019.
The suspects of whom were granted bail after being charged re appeared before Gulu magistrate Court yesterday 3rd, December,2018 for the hearing of the case.
They are implicated in the attack of presidential motorcade in the run-up to the Arua municipality by-elections
The suspects include legislators Gerald Karuhanga of Ntungamo Municipality, Paul Mwiru of Jinja East, Kassiano Wadri, Arua municipality, Francis Zaake, Mityana municipality and the former Makindye East member of parliament Mike Mabike.
Meanwhile criminal summons to be issued to Legislator Gerald Karuhanga and Paul Mwiru after failing to appear before Court.
Hon Francis reported to CID headquarters Kibuli yesterday where he was supposed to report last week but he failed due to his poor health condition according to his lawyer Nicholas Opyio
