Singer Jose Chameleone has met and reconciled with the Uber driver he thumped to near death a few days ago, Uganda Mirror Reports.
With my latest Uber friend and fan, Daniel Magoba. May the 10 plagues of Egypt strike all the haters who fuel and blow small things out proportion,” Chameleone captioned the picture he posted on Facebook while posing with Magoba.
It is believed that Chameleone punched him in the chest upon reaching his Sseguku home.
“He asked me how much I needed and as I opened the door for him, he punched me hard in the chest as his bouncer looked on,” narrates Daniel before adding that; “I fell down on the second punch and crawled to the behind of the car before hiding in a nearby bush.”
Daniel further narrated that he later got into the car, locked and drove off after he was told off by Chemeleone that he should go and report to any police station.
Daniel went straight to Lubowa police station and reported the incident under case number 03/24/07/2018.
It is not clear if Magoba withdrew the assault charges he had slapped on Chameleone at Lubowa Police post.
