On Sunday, 19 October 2025, the Head of Mission/Ambassador of Uganda in Mogadishu, Somalia H.E. Professor Sam Tulya-Muhika, joined other diplomats in Mogadishu to sign a Condolence Book in respect of the late former Prime Minister of Kenya, the Rt. Honorable Raila A. Odinga, who died on 15 October 2025.
The signing ceremony took place at the Embassy of Kenya in Mogadishu, Somalia.
H.E. Sam Tulya-Muhika was received by his counterpart the Ambassador of Kenya, H.E. Kubai Iringo.
Besides signing the condolence book, Ambassador Tulya-Muhika also signed the visitors book. he two Ambassadors had brief but cordial, discussions on matters of mutual interest, including but not limited to loss of a Pan-Africanists, without visible replacement and prospective of African Integration, starting with integration processes of the EAC into a Federation of East African States (FEAS).
