It’s official: the NSSF Kampala Hills Run is back, and this year promises to be bigger, better, and even more impactful.
More than just a fitness event, the annual charity run is a movement for change. Every step taken on the course contributes directly to transforming the lives of children across Uganda. Proceeds from previous editions of the run have gone into building brand-new classrooms where pupils once studied under trees, fixing leaking roofs and cracked floors, and creating safe, dignified learning spaces where young learners can thrive.
“This initiative has already improved learning conditions for thousands of children,” organizers noted. “But this is only the beginning. With each runner who joins, we move closer to a future where every child can learn in a safe and supportive environment.”
This year’s edition is scheduled for 12th October at Kololo Airstrip. Registration is open, and for just UGX 35,000, participants can secure a kit that not only gets them into the race but also contributes to building more classrooms, restoring hope in underserved communities, and opening doors of opportunity for the next generation.
The call is clear: this is not just a run—it’s a rallying cry for impact.
“Don’t just run. Run for change. Run for the future. Run for impact,” the NSSF officials emphasized.
