Malembe Lifestyle, East Africa’s leading curator of luxury experiences, has announced a historic musical event: the legendary saxophonist Kenny G will perform live at The Mestil Hotel, Kampala, on Sunday, 28th September 2025.
This marks the Grammy Award-winning artist’s first-ever performance in Uganda, promising an unforgettable evening for jazz enthusiasts and music lovers across the region.
Kenny G, the world’s best-selling instrumentalist with over 75 million albums sold, has been the face of smooth jazz for more than four decades. His timeless hits like Songbird, Forever in Love, and Sentimental have become global anthems—and even soundtracked countless weddings in Uganda.
This upcoming Kampala concert is more than a performance; it is a celebration of his musical legacy, offering fans the rare opportunity to experience Kenny G’s signature sound in an intimate setting.
