Renowned musician Sheebah Karungi has joined the growing list of mourners expressing shock and sorrow over the reported death of Rajiv Ruparelia, the son of business mogul Sudhir Ruparelia.
Rajiv died in a motor accident on Saturday morning.
Through a message posted on her official social media platforms, Sheebah described the death as a personal and national tragedy, revealing that she had recently spoken with Rajiv and had intended to reconnect with him.
“What a tragedy! I talked to you last month & I was planning to reconnect one of these days once things had settled on my end,” she wrote.
The artist extended her condolences to the Ruparelia family, noting the pain of the loss.
“My deepest condolences to the Ruparelia family during this incredibly painful time. May God grant you comfort and strength,” she added.
