Uganda is mourning the death of Kampala City businessman, Apollo Nyegamahe, aka Aponye who died in a car crash on Thursday evening.
According to reports, the business magnate died in an accident in Itojo, on the Kabale – Mbarara Highway, south western Uganda.
There has been an outpouring of grief on social media after the news broke that the accident had claimed the businessman.
At the time of his death, Aponye was NRM Chairman of Rukiga Districk in Kigezi subregion.
