Events promoter Balaam Barugarahe has vowed to ensure NUP President Bobi 2ine, performs at Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s birthday.

The much talked about birthday for Muhoozi who is also Commander of Land Forces, is slated for Sunday.

Balaam says he is a fan of Bobi Wine’s music and will even go an extra mile to pay for his performance.

Bobi is yet to respond to the offer.
