Renowned Reggae Artist Elijah Kitaka Set to Headline The Twitter BBQ Party

A live reggae music filled the atmosphere is about to hit Kampala! Reggae artist Elijah Kitaka will be headlining the 5th edition of the Twitter BBQ Party.

The party, slated for 19th March at Kati Kati Lugogo will be filled with a reggae vibe as Elijah Kitaka will be performing live. Sharing the stage will be Kampala’s best DJs including Dexter DJ, DJ Kathy, among others.

Early bird tickets to the event are going for Shs10,000 and are already on sale via the UG Tickets Platform here >> https://www.ugtickets.com/event/twitter-barbecue-party-5/ and tickets at the gate will go for only Shs15,000. 

Elijah Kitaka released two projects in 2019 titled ‘Muliro’ and ‘Right or Wrong’ that were produced by Hudson Hunx.

He has also performed at events such as Laba festival, Blankets and wine, Yella Cultural Festival, Jazz Safari, Live at Fezah, Amani Festival (Goma), Ongala festival (Tz), Milege festival, Kaz Kasozi soireê, Bayimba festival, Doa Doa, Nyege nyege festival and Visa for Music (Morocco), among others.

Touchvert, the organizers of the Twitter BBQ Party promise that they have doubled the fun this time round and are looking forward to having a great time with fans and Twitter celebrities.

The Twitter BBQ Party has this year been sponsored by Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL), Safeboda, Northfly and Riham.
