Uganda’s Land Forces Commander, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba is currently meeting Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame.

Rwanda’s Presidency has tweeted photos of the two meeting, saying the focus of the talks is improving relations between the neighbouring countries.
