
Uganda has registered average annual GDP growth of 4.9%, less than the projected consistent economic growth of more than 7% per annum, according to Dr Sam Kinyera Obwoya, the Deputy Chairperson of the National Planning Authority (NPA).
Kinyera listed some of the challenges faced by @NPA_UG in trying to achieve objectives of the manifesto. Lack of access to financial services, low capacity in public service and prevalence of corruption.
