Lt Gen Jacques Musemakweli, the Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF) Inspector General, is dead.
Gen Musemakweli passed on Thursday night. RDF Spokesperson Lt Col. Ronald Rwivanga confirmed the reports according to Rwanda media.
No details yet as to cause of his death.
He previously served as Chief of Staff – Land Forces, Commander of the Republican Guard, and Chairman of Army team and football league champions APR FC.
