National Unity Platform President Ssentamu Robert Kyagulanyi who is famously known as Bobi Wine has said that he will tomorrow morning camp at Electoral Commission headquarters to demand for an explanation why Police is brutalising him and his supporters.
Bobi Wine said this after he was blocked from heading to Jinja and vandalising his car in which he was travelling in.
“Our lives are in great danger! After blocking our campaign in Kayunga, on our way to the next one in Jinja, the police and military as usual blocked the main road and diverted us to a remote road. This was as if intended to set us into their convenient ‘kill spot’,” said Bobi Wine in a Facebook post.
He added that; “When they thought no one was watching, the police and military shot the tyres of my car and directly into our windscreen, narrowly missing Hon Zaake and my driver.”
Bobi has now said that he will camp at the Electoral Commission until he gets answers on why he is being brutalised.
