Forum for Democratic Change presidential flag bearer, Eng. Patrick Amuriat Oboi has been arrested, Ug Mirror reports.
Amuriat was arrested at FDC headquarters in Najanankumbi and whisked away to a yet to be known location.
Security deployment at Najanankumbi remains heavy as police tries to conquer the huge procession that FDC has been promising.
Amuriat is expected to be nominated today.
