Sisismuka Uganda boss and social media commentator Frank Gashumba has said that if Bobi Wine doesn’t come out and distance self from People Power supporters who abuse people, he will not get any votes ahead of 2021 elections.
Gashumba opined that Bobi Wine should publicly condemn his supporters who have made it a habit of attacking and abusing anyone who disagrees with them on social Media.
He also cited a recent incident about the Kabaka of Buganda whom many claimed he was bedridden.
“When President Uhuru Kenyatta met with the Kabaka and posted the pictures on his social media platforms, most People Power supporters said that the pictures were doctored. How can doctored pictures appear on a president’s social media handles?” wondered Gashumba.
Gashumba also said that Basajja Mivule was right to dump NUP because their supporters have no respect for people and they act like hooligans.
He however said that people should not judge Bobi Wine because he failed some subjects.
He instead lectured Ugandans that academic papers are not a guarantee to success but what you have achieved.
“Society determines one’s success not by academics but by what you have achieved in life.”
