Security teams have traced and arrested one of the motorcyclist, who was captured on CCTV cameras, in attacks against government vehicles.
According to Kampala metropolitan police spokesperson, the suspect’s identity will not be disclosed at the moment for the reasons he didn’t say.
He said that the suspect was arrested in Nansana Municipality, Wakiso district, yesterday with the help of CCTV cameras.
Onyango noted that the suspect was later transferred to Katwe Police Station for further management.
“The suspect is a boda boda rider around Ham Towers.He admitted that he is the one in the picture we released over the weekend to the media,”Onyango said in a statement.
He noted that the force is still looking for other suspected criminals who have been involved in these criminal acts.
