1 Mins read

Amidst the Coronavirus pandemic that has put the whole world on tenterhooks, it seems Tanzania is not about to accept that the pandemic is actually real.

In a recent communique, Magufuli, the president of Tanzania has banned face masks in his country claiming that they are dangerous.

“Any one found putting on a face Mask will be arrested and jailed for 2 years…its a criminal offence to use face masks in Tanzania in the name of fighting COVID,” he said.

Magufuli is claiming that face masks will kill more people than COVID 19. That masks will lead to respiratory failures and hence mass death.
