Events promoter and businessman, Balaam Barugahara has called upon security officials to arrest the now faded tycoon Bryan White Kirumira for distracting a lawful order.
Balaam opines that Bryan White helped singer Jose Chameleone to go into hiding yet he was supposed to be arrested by the URA enforcement team over the controversy surrounding his new car Toyota V8 aka Mpenkoni.
Chameleone’s car was recently impounded by URA enforcement team after they were tipped off that the car had no documentation.
It should be noted that before the car was impounded, singer Chameleone was involved in a verbal war with URA officials who had to verify the car documents.
Chameleone lashed at them by saying that they are exposing their ignorance by enforcing the law on a public holiday.
Chameleone’s car was later impounded from Bryan White’s home and taken to URA offices in Nakawa.
Chameleone fled into hiding and up to now he hasn’t been seen anywhere.
