First Son, Gen. Muhoozi Attacks Police For Accepting Hooligans to Throw Bottles at NRM’s Chief Supporter Bebe Cool

1 Mins read

It is probably not new to musician Bebe Cool, to have supporters hurling bottles at him everytime he steps on stage to perform.

It should be argued however, that regardless of political affiliation, Bebe Cool remains one of the smartest and most talented musicians Uganda is left with.

On Saturday 7th March 2020 at Lugogo Cricket Oval, Bebe Cool was pelted with bottles as he stepped on stage to perform at Cindy Sanyu’s Boom Party concert.

The son to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has attacked Uganda Police for failing to protect singer Bebe Cool who was pelted with objects at Cindy’s Boom Party concert.

Through his twitter account, Gen. Muhoozi displayed his disbelief and disappointment in how police and bouncers handled the situation in which Bebe Cool was hurled at bottles while on stage.

“How could Police UG and the bouncers at Cindy’s Concert allow a few hooligans to hurl bottles at one of Uganda’s greatest artists?? The same hooligans beat up women (on Women’s Day) for simply loving Kaguta Museveni and Bebe Cool. We expect a lot better next time from Police UG.” – Twitter Account.

Bebe Cool remains a strong and fearless supporter of the NRM regime to which he thanks for most of his achievements, to the extent that some people have referred to him as the NRM’s chief supporter.
