Museveni Returns From Addis Ababa

President Yoweri Museveni is back in the country from the Ethiopian Capital, Addis Ababa, where joined other Heads of State and Government for a 2-day 33rd African Union (AU) Summit.

The Summit ran under the theme of ‘Silencing the Guns: Creating Conducive Conditions for African Development.”

Presidency Minister, Hon. Esther Mbayo and Head of Public Service, Mr. John Mitala received the President at Entebbe International Airport today in the morning.

Others at the Airport to receive the President included the Commander of Uganda People’s Defence Air Forces, Lt. Gen. Charles Lwanga Lutaaya, Assistant Inspector General of Police, Andrew Sorowen and the Commissioner General of Prisons, Dr. Johnson Byabashaija.
