This follows the growing tendencies of political mole naming among the opposition, People Power not exemption especially as we come close to 2021.

Leaders of the movement unanimously agreed that internal disputes, finger pointing and bickering is frustrating their activities.

The observations and concerns were expressed from different activists during the end of year party that was intended for the members to reflect on the year 2019.

The meeting that was held in Kamwokya, Kampala suburb was attended by national coordinators of the pressure group from different parts of the country.

Chairman Nyanzi Fred, the leader of informal sector, thanked God for the far he has brought the members.

He also congratulated members upon the successes that they registered this year.

James Mubiru, People Power member said: “When you look at whoever is fighting Hon Bobi Wine, he or she comes from the central; what picture are you painting?”

“2020 is going to be the year where some of our members will be tortured, many will be arrested and many will be killed but I urged all Ugandans to stay focused,” he added.

Muwada Nkunyingi, the People Power member also urged all Ugandans to be part of the change and join the struggle to liberate the country.

“Whatever comes on our way, we shall persevere, we shall sail through because we need this country and this country needs change and we must be part of the change,” he said.

Some coordinators expressed the concern that most of their activities were concentrated in the central region therefore the movement should re strategize for better mobilization a head of 2021 general elections.

Bobi wine is expected to commence his nationwide consultations on 5th January starting from his constituency, Kyadondo East.

Enters Bobi Wine

Today, the Informal Sector Wing of the People Power Movement organised an end of year party for some of its members.

The event attracted comrades from all over the country. At the event, the comrades thanked God for the far He has brought us, congratulated themselves upon the many successes registered; reflected on the challenges encountered, and re-energised themselves as we get towards the final mark.

I thank the Informal Sector, under the leadership of Chairman Nyanzi Fred for organising yet another successful event.

It pleases me beyond measure to see People Power activities go on in such a massive way even in my absence.

My dream from the start was to have the people of Uganda in charge of this movement and time and again, the leaders of our different Sectors have proven that point.
