On the 15th of December 2019, Diamond Trust Bank (U) Ltd joined the kids in Mbarara town for the Abaato Kids Fun festival.

Kids of all age groups together with their parents graced this occasion to celebrate the festive season with key performances from kid celebrities like Fresh Kid.

The regional manager, Sharon Ireeta emphasized the importance of teaching children and this nation’s future generation how to save.

While handing over piggy banks to the kids, Ireeta explained how it is okay to save even the smallest coin until they reach a certain amount, which they can then bring to the bank in the company of a guardian.

The festival held at the Mbarara Kids planet, Ruharo was welcomed by most guardians as several children were in attendance with lots of fun activities ranging from face painting, bouncing castles, dance competitions to mention but a few.
