Med Kaggwa, the chairperson of the Uganda Human Rights Commission died earlier this morning, but reports indicate that his death was not an accident.
According to a doctor at Case Clinic who preferred to go on record under anonymity, Med Kaggwa was found already dead in his car around Mulago round about and that cause of death has not yet been established.
“The cause of death is still unknown, but a post mortem will be carried out,” the doctor added.
