Bebe Cool Condemns Nailing of NRM Supporter

1 Mins read

Singer Bebe Cool has come out to strongly condemn the inhuman acts mooted on NRM supporter a few days ago.

Baker Kasumba, resident of Avis Kivvulu, Kawempe Division was cornered along Northern bypass flyover in Kalerwe while returning from work.

The attackers quickly hammered 6-inch nails in his hands with a hammer accusing him of wearing a yellow beret, the colour for the ruling party.

“I condemn such acts of intolerance, intimidation and violence that some political groups are trying to bring in our peaceful country, six inch nails nailed in the hands of an NRM /president Museveni supporter!, Bebe Cool wrote on Facebook before adding that;  “If without power this who they are, how about if they are granted power?! Let’s embrace democracy and condemn violence!

“I am an NRM and president Museveni supporter and it’s my constitutional right to choose who I support!”

The incident happened just a few metres from Kibe police post where Kasumba later recorded a statement.
