The battle to have young rapper Patrick Senyonjo aka Fresh Kid return to school has been dealt by yet another stumbling block, this time round from his mother.
Recently we revealed how the minister for Youth and Children Affairs, Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi had okayed Fresh Kid to continue performing, but on condition that he continues with his studies.
Minister Nakiwala went ahead and enrolled the 7-year-old Fresh Kid at St. Savio Junior School along Entebbe Road in the boarding section and he was supposed to start schooling a few days thereafter.
However, the latest shocking news coming in from our snoops is that his mother identified as Margaret Namata, a Chapati Siika, has rejected the Minister’s offer, stating that she will not allow any one dictate upon her son’s future.
