Bobi Wine Should Advocate For Weed legalization In Uganda — Vampino

Siika Chapati singer Vampino has said that Kyadondo East MP, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine should spearhead the legalization of smoking weed in Uganda.

In a leaked WhatsApp conversation between artists, Vampino opined that fake weed on market is causing more harm.

This comes at a time when musician, Pretty Glo is fighting drug addiction that has led to her massive weight loss and getting weather-beaten looks.

“I have repeatedly talked to guys about the fake drugs but mama can’t help everyone. we need the Cartels or Bobi Wine should emphasize on legalising weed smoking like other countries and then we can have weed shops legit with the rite mix and licences to stop this,” reads Vampino’s message.

Other participants opined that; “Man this is real drug, not shading we can be part of the common movement but ruling out this selling fake kush and sensitizing fellow art practitioners that doing kush or eish ain’t the best resort. We all suffer different setbacks.”

Several Ugandan artists have suffered with drug addiction which has led to the premature end of their careers.

The artists include; Jackie Chandiru, Qute Kaye, Pretty Glow, Butcherman and many more.
