Four people are confirmed to have died on spot after a Link bus reg no UBA 332B that was heading to Masindi from Kampala had a tyre burst at wabinyonyo at around 10:30 AM hence losing control and overturned.
Over 30 people have been injured and are currently receiving treatment at Nakasongola military hospital.
