Land Grabbing & Eviction Must Stay In 2018 — Archbishop Ntagali

His grace Archbishop Stanley Ntagali has condemned the rampant Land grabbing and eviction in the country.

The Archbishop of Church of Uganda was on Tuesday 1st, January 2019 speaking during the new year prayers at Namirembe Cathedral.

Ntagali said that the case of land grabbing and eviction must stay in 2018

“As we welcome the new year 2019, I urge all Ugandans and believers to work hard because laziness is like a sin before Almighty God. May God bless all your wealth and keep you in good health,” he said

He also added that things have not been not easy for most of the citizens in the 2018 especially on the issues of land grabbing and eviction.

He praised president Museveni for coming up with land inquiry Commission team headed by Justice Catherine Bamugemereire which he says she is doing great work and has brought hope to Ugandans on the matter of land issues and urged the Commission continue with the Inquiry.

He urged all politicians to always represent the views of their electorates not their selfish interest leaving thousands and thousands of people suffering.
