Shortly after she returned home from Sanya China, on 19th December 2018, Quiin Abenakyo paid a courtesy call to the president at the state house where she was applauded by president for her achievement and advised her to stop wearing Indian hair and urged her to keep her national African hair.

“Abenakyo is indeed a tall, beautiful Musoga girl. My only concern is that she was wearing Indian hair. I have encouraged her to keep her natural, African hair. We must show African beauty in its natural form,” Museveni tweeted.

The president promised to host her to a dinner at the state house which was held on Saturday at his home in Rwakitura, Kiruhura District.

This time Quiin Abenakyo responded to the president’s advice and showed up with her national her which the president appreciated.
