New Shadow Ministers Named

Betty Aol who is the Leader of Opposition in parliament on Thursday 29/11/2018 named her Shadow ministers.

Betty was appointed by Forum for Democratic Change Boss, Patrick Amuriat in August 2018 replacing Winnie Kizza .

According to the power vested in her by constitution and parliamentary rules of procedure, she made a reshuffle in the Shadow cabinet.

In her new reshuffle Betty has maintained many of the people who were appointed by former leader of opposition Winnie Kizza.

Some new faces were brought on the list.

Muhammadd Nsereko member of parliament Kampala Central is a Shadow minister for Security.

Kato Lubwama is now the Shadow minister for culture and performing arts.

Some of these appointees are yet to decide whether to work in her cabinet or not.

  1. Wilfred Niwogaba: Attorney General.

2.Medard Sseggona:_ Justice and Constitutional affairs.

  1. Akol Anthony: Minister of Finance.
  2. Lucy Achiro: Gender Labour and Social Development.

5.Anne Adeke: Youth and children affairs.

6.Jonathan Odur: Public service and presidency.

7.Francis Gonahasa: Agriculture.

  1. Peter Okot: Animal industry.

9.Mathias Mpuuga: Education.

10.Allan Ssewanyana: Sports.

11.Bernard Atiku: Defence and Veteran Affairs.

  1. Betty Nambooze: KCCA and Communication.

13.Muwanga Kivumbi: Internal Affairs.

14.Jousha Anywarech: Human Rights.

15.Godfrey Katusabe: Foreign Affairs.

  1. Julius Ochen: Health.

17.Simon Oyet: Energy and minerals.

18.charles Gutumoi: Tourism and Wildlife.

19.Paul Lutamaguzi: Lands and Housing.

20.Sizonu Gashomu: Tourism and Wildlife

21.Ibrahim Kasozi: Physical Planning.

22 Muhammad Nsereko:  Security.

24.Joy Atim: Special Region Affairs

25.Kato Lubwama: Culture and Performing Arts.

26.Zaake Francis: East Africa Community.

27.Florence Namayanja: Water and Environment.
