South Sudan U-23 2-0 Uganda Kobs (Aggregate score: 2-1)

Uganda U-23 team (The Kobs) suffered a heart breaking 2-0 loss against South Sudan during the return leg of the Total Afcon U-23 qualifier.

Peter Michael Taku and Makueth Wol Keen Nguet scored the two goals that gave the home side victory in the game.

South Sudan now overturns the first leg result as they qualify 2-1 on aggregate to face Tunisia at the next stage of the qualifiers.

The Uganda Kobs contingent returns back home on Wednesday at 2 PM aboard Rwandair.
