I Know the SFC Soldiers Who Tortured Me — Zaake

1 Mins read

Bedridden Mityana Municipality MP, Francis Zaake he knows the Special Forces Command soldiers that tortured him and is planning to go to courts of law.

Zaake, who is still recovering after extensive medical treatment in Uganda and in India, says he was brutalized in the aftermath of the Arua municipality parliamentary by-election campaign and his driver Yasin Kawuma killed.

“They beat up my legs while telling me I should never walk again. The most painful thing is when they started pulling my private parts,” painfully said Zaake.

He added that; “This impunity must stop. The officers must be prosecuted and if not, our legal team has started working to bring the perpetrators to book.”

SFC Spokesperson Jimmy Omara trashed Zaake’s claims as baseless.

“Of course, running to the media, crying foul won’t help him. Let him come to us openly and help investigators so that they find the truth to this,” advised Omara before adding that; “I believe there is no truth in his statement and am sure he is making every attempt to keep his story relevant.”

Zaake also said that he will sue Kirudu hospital doctors who examined him minus his permission.
