Bobi Wine is in Terrible Pain — Oulanyah

The deputy speaker of Parliament Hon. Jacob Oulanyah has revealed that Kyadondo East MP, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi famously known as Bobi Wine in terrible pain but recovering.

Oulanyah visited Bobi Wine at Makindye military barracks today morning before heading to Rubaga hospital where he also visited Mityana municipality MP, Francis Zaake.

“I have visited Bobi Wine in Makindye today but he is in pain,” said Oulanyah before adding that; “He was able to come and sit with me on the table, his breakfast was brought and we joked and laughed.”

“I talked to one of his doctors, Gideon Nuwagira and he explained to me that there is something called muscle spasm and that is why he is in terrible pain.”

On Zaake, Oulanyah said that; “Zaake is also in pain, he has injuries on his hand and some cuts on his body. They all say they sustained these injuries as a result of severe beating upon their arrest in Arua a few weeks ago.

The deputy Speaker strongly condemned the act of violence and said that if this continues, the country might not want to get into elections again.

He advised that the stakeholders should seat back and reflect on this issue of violence.
